The slippers were send in about a week and a half, so thats pretty fast. They were send in a black plastic bag, but akso thorougly protected with bubble wrap. They look like the pictures and have a good feel to them. However the sizing is a bit off, i ordered a 8 for my size 40EU but they were too small. I also have wide feet so perhaps thats why the fitting wasn't oke. So if your feet are wide make sure to size up 1 or 2 sizes. I gave them away and will be ordering other slippers that are a bit bigger. (I gave them away before taking pictures so I can't add any) There was no communication with the seller neccessary.
